As a team member at Natty’s Jerk, it’s up to you to deliver the best customer service and keep the vibrations high for our customers. You’ll answer questions, make informed recommendations and ensure that our customers leave with their bellies full, and a smile on their faces. #MoreLifeMoreNattys

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

Responsibilities

Taking orders, processing payments, and up-selling our bestsellers at every opportunity
Serving food and making drinks/alcoholic beverages
Managing bookings, maintaining the shop floor and clearing tables
Keeping the bar clean and well-stocked
Creating the occasional TikTok!
Dealing with customer queries and complaints
Attending training sessions as agreed by your manager
Learning and relaying updates to our food/drink offering
Reporting all damage, hazards, and wear and tear that occurs within your area of work

Requirements

Minimum 1-year experience in Food Service & Hospitality desired
To have a good knowledge of food preparation and service
To be fully aware of and observe current liquor licensing laws
To be fully aware of and adhere to Health and Safety, Fire and Bomb threat procedures (as laid out by the hotel and Company.)
