In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
Responsibilities
- Taking orders, processing payments, and up-selling our bestsellers at every opportunity
- Serving food and making drinks/alcoholic beverages
- Managing bookings, maintaining the shop floor and clearing tables
- Keeping the bar clean and well-stocked
- Creating the occasional TikTok!
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints
- Attending training sessions as agreed by your manager
- Learning and relaying updates to our food/drink offering
- Reporting all damage, hazards, and wear and tear that occurs within your area of work
Requirements
- Minimum 1-year experience in Food Service & Hospitality desired
- To have a good knowledge of food preparation and service
- To be fully aware of and observe current liquor licensing laws
- To be fully aware of and adhere to Health and Safety, Fire and Bomb threat procedures (as laid out by the hotel and Company.)
