In this role, you’ll be responsible for the preparation and presentation of all dishes in your allocated working area, and ensuring all guests receive efficient service paired with high-quality dishes. The ideal candidate will uphold company and legal requirements at all times.
Duties
- Research new ingredients and suppliers
- Prepare and cook dishes and desserts
- Control stock and inspect deliveries
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- Supervise kitchen staff to make sure food is of high quality, presented well and served on time
MUST HAVE: 1 -2 Years experience in Catering/Hospitality and 1-2 Years in a similar role
